1. Processing Times

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). During peak periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the Rest of the World (ROW).

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (outside the UK), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking: To ensure the safety of your collectibles, all shipments are sent with tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Couriers: We primarily utilize Royal Mail for all domestic and international shipments. Occasionally, we may use alternative couriers (such as Evri) to ensure the most reliable service for your location.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Sleek Geek Collectibles is not liable for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address. Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery destination.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in collector-grade condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of both the shipping box and the damaged product to initiate a claim.

  • Lost Packages: While we provide tracking, delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
